Being investor‑ready means having clear plans for growth, strong financials, and a compelling investment proposition. If you’re launching new products, entering new markets and building your team or scaling your business, having access to the right finance or investment can make all the difference.

In partnership with Umi, The North Tyneside Investment Readiness Programme help ambitious businesses explore finance options, test their growth plans and take practical steps towards investment readiness through three specialist workshops and tailored one-to-one support for selected businesses.

Businesses can access support to adopt digital tools that enhance customer service and improve the overall customer experience.

This includes help to identify the right technologies, such as online booking, CRM systems, automation, or digital communication channels, and guidance on implementation and staff adoption.

Support is available to help businesses make effective digital improvements that meet customer expectations and drive growth.
